Hypno Analysis
Liberation through Hypnoanalysis

What is Hypnoanalysis ?
Hypnoanalysis is not just about relieving your symptoms - it is about discovering and resolving the causes of problems too - putting you fully in charge of your life.
Hypnoanalysis is based upon traditional Psychoanalysis. However, by utilising the subconscious mind through hypnosis, it is thought the speed of the process can be increased dramatically - with the process taking sometimes as little as 4-6 sessions.
When using Hypnoanalysis the therapist acts simply as a guide, allowing the client's subconscious mind to choose where it wants to go - this is often termed 'Free Association'.
When is Hypnoanalysis required ?
The younger mind can perceived what it believes to be a traumatic event in earlier life.
Often this can create inner turmoil and tensions which can be increased by intense emotions, such as fear, anger, or even shame. So severe, and powerful can these emotional storms be that at times there is a risk that the younger mind simply cannot cope with it. In such moments, the self-preservation instincts of the subconscious mind comes into play to that these feelings are suppressed and often along with the event that caused them.
This burden can weigh heavily on the subconscious and a pressure-cooker effect can occur. The subconscious can release such pressure by manifesting symptoms such as;
- Depression
- Fears and Phobias,
- Addictions
- Eating disorders
- Anger management issues
The sessions
The therapist can assist the client through Hypnoanalysis to find and face underlying anxiety in the form of the original event and bring it into consciousness, giving a surprising and frequently liberating experience.
In many cases the event can be something unexpected - something that has simply been unavailable, hidden away from the conscious mind.
The release of such memories and events can enable you to live your life in a far more positive way.
Such insights give you the opportunity to look at past actions and reactions and help you understand why symptoms have occurred and appeared at certain points in your lifetime.
Enabling you to:-
- Feel more calm and relaxed
- Develop understanding and clearer thinking
- Tap into your own inner resources

Alternative methods
Most issues can be tackled with more simple methods - and the quickest and simplest methods will generally be favoured over Hypnoanalysis if possible.
